Lukas and Flaco were so helpful. My car broke down Monday morning while waiting at the bus stop with my son so I had to tow to NTA. I arrived before it opened but Flaco had just got there. He assisted me and his girfriend could see I was flustered and offered me a ride to work. I appreciated that! Come to find out the battery I purchased in July at Advanced Auto Parts was dead. Tried to use the warranty, NTA offered to go get the battery, but AAP was being difficult. Lukas was very helpful! They got me taken care of and back on the road.

Highly recommend nta for all your auto needs. They take care of all my needs for my wife's car my personal truck and work truck. Great prices on tires . Excellent service .

Lucas and Donna are always top notch when it comes to customer service and taking care of our cars. Every time I go in there, I’m always amazed by how quickly they are able to provide service and the quality of their service is unmatched.

I highly recommend this company to everyone. I bought tires a while back and had a great experience with them, very knowledgeable and service oriented. I recently got a flat tire just 2 blocks down the road and I could not budge the lug nuts. I walked down to their store to see if they could help and one of the guys in the shop walked with me to my car with an impact wrench and took the flat tire off and put on the spare. We drove back to the shop and they right away fixed my flat and got it back onto my car. This is a kind of service that you do not see much of anymore today and I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. I will always have my car serviced here, Thanks Lukas and Shem and everyone at National Tire & Auto you made my day!
